Entrusted by the Cayuga Office of Tourism to create a strategic messaging framework, creative identity and multicultural digital marketing media plan that spoke to BIPOC audiences that celebrated and respected Harriet Tubman’s legacy, TCG developed and launched "Make it Count," a campaign and brand identity that communicated the transformative nature of the Tubman’s chosen hometown of Auburn, New York for BIPOC visitors.

Visit Carlsbad’s Multicultural and Inclusive Destination Marketing Roadmap is a 16-page custom strategy document that articulates specific and detailed recommendations that work to reinforce the destination’s Strategic Plan and Visit Carlsbad’s brand marketing program.
